Sigourney Weaver, star of the original film and the honorary chair of The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International, will be the honored guest for the evening's festivities. Sigourney lived with the gorillas when she made the film in 1988, and returned to Rwanda in 2005. That visit was captured in the documentary "Gorillas Revisited."
