York Herald journalist Henry Stanley travelled
1120 kilometres in 236 days before he found David
Livingstone on the island of Ujiji. Upon meeting
Livingstone, Stanley uttered his infamous greeting: "Doctor
Livingstone, I presume!" Stanley was one of the
