When I founded Baobab Expeditions in 2005, my dream was to offer the most inspirational discovery expeditions. My vision was to create a unique approach to exploring Africa, Antarctica, Asia, Europe, North America and South America. In my eyes travel should be amazing, exciting, intriguing, rejuvenating and memorable.

Today, Baobab has evolved and grown to become one of the leading discovery expedition companies; dedicated to providing our guests with the planet's greatest adventure experiences. We offer specialist safari, conservation, nature and ski expeditions rooted in the philosophy of providing guests with our "E factor:" Exceptional Exploratory Experiences. We launched our official travel partnerships with the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, Save the Rhino and The AfriCat Foundation in 2006. These partnerships enable us to offer inspirational travel itineraries, supportful of wildlife conservation, and local community enterprises. The key reason for the distinguished selection by these organisations is our unique exploratory approach to discovery expeditions, coupled with our conviction to support both wildlife conservation and community organisations. In 2008, our new trips will include nature expeditions to America, the Galapagos Islands, Antarctica, Latin America, Asia, and the Pacific.
